  • Ontario Secondary School Certificate (OSSD) or equivalent. Please check the Ontario Secondary School Diploma Equivalency page for secondary education completed internationally.
  • Gr 12 C English with 50% or above, or equivalent.
  • Graduate from FCT English Language Bridge program (ELB) level 5 or provide IELTS Academic Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent.
  • There are several non-academic requirements that are part of the Fleming College Toronto Personal Support Worker program. Non-academic requirements are mandatory and failure to provide documentation by the required date will result in failure to fulfill placement components.
